Production Operator is responsible for all aspects of the process which include hammer mills, cook operation, fermentation, distillation, evaporation, boiler operation, bulk chemical and enzyme storage areas. This is a rotating shift position. Operators work 6 weeks on day shift; 6 weeks on night shift.
